Jennifer Creed - So I totally chose my favorite for Homecoming Queen based off the quality of the picture. No lie. It really annoyed me how some (most) candidates had AWFUL photos haha. (Allie was my favorite, btw! Hehe)
Penny - Allie does take a good picture! Love that dimple.
