Annie & Travis | Anchorage Wedding
From the minute I met Annie and Travis, I knew they were my kind of people. Annie has a great love for horses, like myself, and Travis has a great love for Annie, which I greatly appreciate. For their engagement pictures, we got to meet at the barn where Annie rides, and just had the greatest time together. After everyone was dressed, we headed for the front of Anchorage Presbytarian Church, where Annie and Travis saw each other for the first time, in their wedding attire. It was family portrait time! Soon after that, their guests began quickly filling the church. As you will see, Annie's gown was amazing! I'm not usually the wedding gown fan type, but I loved hers so much that I borrowed it to display in the shop, which is why it may look familiar to you.
Sweet Annie walked the aisle, escorted by her father, in front of 200 of their closest friends and family. The ceremony was both personal and perfectly them. Once they were wed, we had a bit of time to make beautiful portraits in front of the church before heading to their reception at Owl Creek Country Club.
I thought Annie was amazing, when she made her own bouquets when she hand-stitched her own veil. But she even made all the lovely table arrangements! The reception was full of the usual bouquet toss, garter throw, and family dances, but their fun guests and lovely food certainly set the occasion above the rest. Annie and Travis, we know you'll have a long marriage, so that goes without saying, but I certainly hope I'm lucky enough to be your friend through all of it. Enjoy!
