Heather + Mason | Midway Engagement
Just a couple of weeks and Mason and Heather will be wed at their sweet church in Lexington. We met through some of my other sweet clients, the McCall family - the family who got me so interested in traveling to Uganda. When Heather and Mason came to town to meet, they told me about the wedding they were planning and I quickly knew they were a perfect fit for our crew. Not only did they love my interest and commitment to adoption, but they loved the bright and friendly nature of my work. Double win! And I LOVE how bright and fun their sweet Midway session was! We met along the railroad tracks that run through the town - Mason asked Heather to marry him nearby - and in the cutest of ways, so we knew Midway was perfect. This great engagement I speak of? In a little cabin, they were surrounded with one rose for each day they had been together when he got down on his knee. And she said yes. Love how much he adores Heather. And I love how fun they are together.
We walked around the streets of the town, made a quick stop at a relative's house to change and then we headed to Margaux farm. Thanks to the crew there for letting us shoot on the gorgeous grounds. I think the images along the creek and on the bridge were my most favorite. So great and so loving.
Heather and Mason, I'm super pumped to join you and all your friends and family while you tie the knot next month. One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to stand by as best friends get to commit to a lifetime together. Pumped to see where your lifetime takes you all! Thanks for asking me to join in!
