A few weekends ago I got to third shoot a wedding with the fabulous Shelley Rassenfoss. For those who don't know, I scored an internship with Shelley last summer as I began to get my feet off the ground, and since then she has given me so many opportunities to continue learning. And learn was just what I did. I feel the images don't have an amazing storyline, most were me trying out new things when I got to be just the sidekick. However, I did land some neat and different-for-me captures. The wedding was held in the packed Graefenburg Baptist Church. I would guess there were near 400 folks squished into the sanctuary and overflow room. (On the floor was my position for the ceremony) In the basement of the church the couple had their ceremony projected onto a white wall so everyone could join in on their big day.
Lindsay looked amazing and they were both so calm and collected, despite 90 degree temperatures. The reception was held in Frankfort at the Plaza hotel. Lots of fun was had by all including Shelley, Liza and myself. Thanks for letting me tag along!
Waiting patiently for Jeremy to have his photos done. Jeremy was so cute as he watched Lindsay. LOVE these dresses! I also adored Lindsay's flowers - they were very sweet and relaxed - just like her! Mmmm....I love shooting food. Also LOVE these trendy mirrored, monogram cake toppers. Been trying to get a dancing ring shot...and I LOVE THIS ONE! Thanks again for letting me be a part of the festivities!
