Little Norah on a summer evening.
When Erin contacted me about photographing her family that included little, Miss Norah – just outside in the tall grass of a friend’s farm – I was pumped. I love the whistful, free ways of a pre-preschooler. They’re so flippant and busy, yet so sure in loving their people well and wildly.
So much can be learned from the joy of a little lady and her wrinkled nose that indicates, very simply – a deep experience of sniffing some flowers. The flailing of her little limbs as she bounces around – chasing chickens fearlessly to practicing her balance beam skills. So fun.
Enjoyed these folks so much and the fun of just being a family out on a too-warm summer evening. Hope you, too, love and see a bit of yourself in these.
