Do you travel?
Much of the traveling I do for weddings is to Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky which is included. Cities within 100 miles are no charge. Most travel simply requires accommodations and mileage. My passport is current and I would love to answer any travel ideas you've got up your sleeve!
Do you have backup equipment?
Of course! Each tool I use is well cared for and thoroughly backed up. This is your wedding we’re talking about here!
Do you shoot family photographs?
Absolutely! I recommend a small time for family photographs, typically immediately after the ceremony, or before if you’re planning
a first look. 20-30 minutes is usually plenty of time for this endeavor.
Proofs are delivered in color, but I am glad to craft black and whites with deep blacks and popping whites for your walls and albums. Often your proofs will contain a handful of images that I feel are inclined to beautiful black and white.
Can I have black and white prints
as well as color?
I always suggest you choose two outfits; one dressy and one everyday, cozy. I'm a big fan of dark solids, stripe and dots. Just try to avoid logos and anything uncomfortable. We want your images to be soaked in love, comfort , ease and joy.
What do we wear to our engagement session?
You may use your engagement balance towards travel fees, if you wish. Ireally enjoy the process of meeting with you, getting you comfortable and familiar in front my my camera. It makes the wedding day so smooth and pays returns on your photography investment. We all know what to expect of one another and you leave with beautiful photographs.
Can I swap out my engagement session for anything?
Just say the word and I’ll get you a contract. A signed contract and one third your package total retainer is required to secure a date. My calendar books up very quickly and I only serve 12 full wedding clients annually to insure the highest quality and care, so contact me at your earliest convenience. Additionally, I serve 12 clients with smaller elopement or garden style weddings, annually. Once the spots are full, they're full and then I head to the park to swing with my kiddos.
